I think Cuba for Beginners is this the first in the "For Beginners" series. It seems to be out of print. It also seems unrealistic and idealized in hindsight, but my history is not very good. Did Castro really play softball in his shirttails with all the populace after they first kicked the capitalists out?? Was literacy 99% and did everyone ride bikes and eat reasonably well? What went wrong?
